We charge a flat rate of R99 per order for all courier orders nationwide.

 

Once ordered, please allow 3-5working days for delivery in major cities. For outlying towns, farms and locations, allow 7-10 working days for delivery. 

 

We use only one courier service – Courier Guy. Regrettably, we do not allow own courier pick-ups, nor do we use any alternative courier companies for delivery. 

 

ZAYNAH cannot be held reliable for any delays experienced in the delivery of your order after the product has been dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will recieve a tracking no and the courier’s tracking details. Kindly liase with

The courier directly for all shipment status enquiries. We will not be held responsible for delivery to the wrong address, or for late follow ups due to non delivery.

 

If the courier is unable to deliver to you, and has attempted to contact you without response, the package will be returned to ZAYNAH. We will then charge a new dispatch fee.
